Glenn Sauls

Glenn has served as a pastor, college professor, missionary, company leader, and has worked with over 300 churches across America to develop capital stewardship campaigns and various generosity strategies.
He holds a Bachelor degree from Barton College, Masters degree from Winthrop University, Doctor of Education degree from University of North Carolina, and most recently completed a Ph.D. in Strategic Business Leadership.
Glenn pastored in South Carolina for eight years and North Carolina for 14 years. During his tenure as pastor in Asheboro, NC, Glenn did four fundraising initiatives over 10 years. In 2000, he joined Injoy Stewardship Services where he served as a church consultant and vice president for seven years.
In 2007, Glenn left ISS to form Sauls Consulting Services, Inc. His company has worked with 200+ churches in forty-six states and has raised $1 billion in capital stewardship campaigns.
He is the author of the book, “Journey,” along with several devotional guides, small group curriculums, and numerous articles for Bank of the West, Ministries Today, and Outreach magazine.
Glenn is married to Yasna, who is originally from Chile. She adds a lot of “spice” to Glenn’s life. He has two sons, David, who will soon be married to Maria Claudia, and Jonathan, a daughter in law, Heather, and two sweet grandchildren, Noah (4) and Preslie (2). He enjoys public speaking, travel, beaches all over the Caribbean, particularly BVI, music, theater, golf, and driving really fast cars.
Glenn has been a part of Local Church in Cumming, GA for five years and is passionate about reaching people that are distant from God and truly loves the local church, and believes it is the local church that is truly “the hope of the world.”
Todd Schumacher

Todd Schumacher brings a variety of ministry experience to the Sauls Consulting Services team, where he serves as the Vice President of the worship division, 615 Worship Collective. He has been involved in church worship since he was a teenager, was a children’s pastor at a well-known large church, and planted a vibrant and rapidly growing church of his own. His twenty-five years of ministry experience, as well as his studies at Fuller Theological Seminary in the Master of Arts in Global Leadership, have given him an understanding of how to gain and maintain momentum in administration, leadership development, missions, and creativity.
He has had the privilege of working with high level business leaders, pastors, musicians, and vocalists to help them become better at fulfilling their calling and excelling at their craft. He has helped many lead and worship pastors navigate through the difficulties and transitions in team building, financial administration, and worship/creative/audio-visual/production execution. Todd is an experienced worship leader and musician.
Todd has been married to Lisa for over 25 years and has four children, Christopher, Nicholas, Aubrey and Erik. Christopher is studying art at Mary-Hardin Baylor, Nicholas is in high school and is a talented guitarist, and his middle-schoolers, Aubrey and Erik, are both avid fiction readers. His wife Lisa is also an accomplished decorator who loves pouring into her family and friends.
Randy Webb

Randy Webb is a highly experienced consultant. He has provided consulting in the areas of leadership, stewardship, financial analysis, and church development over the past 21 years to more than 200 churches. These churches have in turn responded to God’s leadership by giving more than a combined $360M in actualized donations. The churches, pastors and leaders he has served have often recognized and appreciated his passion and ability to lead and listen with a pastor’s heart. This quality is no doubt due to his call to pastoral ministry where he has served in numerous capacities. As a result, he provides both strategic leadership and is spiritually discerning of the unique challenges each church faces and the opportunities to provide next level solutions.
Randy brings to the consulting engagement not only the ability to give biblical guidance, leadership and financial insight, but also a strong attention to detail. He served in consumer and commercial banking as well as mortgage lending for almost 10 years. As a pastor he drew on this experience and successfully led strong expansion and church building programs. Randy knows the importance of providing a safe place for pastors and leaders to explore their potential in ministry, while at the same time challenging them to reach it without overextending themselves or those they lead. He has the experience and insight to walk along side the pastors and leaders of any church and help them discover the next steps in God’s exciting journey for them and encourage them to thrive in reaching their potential!
He is married to Donna, and they have two adult children. They enjoy traveling and eating at their favorite restaurants. Randy also loves vintage classic cars, fantasy football and backpacking.
Leigh Korn

Leigh serves as the Director of Operations for Sauls Consulting Services and loves helping organizations grow and build their foundations strong as they build up the people around them. She has a B.S. in Administration and holds many Financial Certifications.
Leigh was raised in a church environment from birth, and also raised in a family-owned, small business environment since she was 7 years old. These two backgrounds combined, have helped her understand the logistics of organizational growth and structure. She has a passion for growing organizations and assisting people in personal development, financial knowledge, and understanding their spiritual gifts to further kingdom work.
Leigh Korn currently resides in Beckley, WV with her husband Eric, an Army Veteran, and their two ginger princesses, Kinsley and Kelsey. They enjoy serving in their local church, camping, boating, and spending time together as a family.
Brennan Roche

Brennan has served as a film creator, graphic designer, and has overseen the website development and administration for Church of the King, a multi-site church with a weekly attendance of 30,000+ across all campuses. Church of the King is based in Louisiana's Greater New Orleans Area.
He and the communications team at Church of the King manage multiple websites with a total of 15,000+ visitors monthly. He has collaborated with various ministries enhancing the online experience and internet presence to reach people and build lives.
God moved Brennan into marketplace ministry, where he founded and operated Swifty Growth, a social media marketing firm. At Swifty Growth, he and his team managed B2B and B2C companies' social media presence.
Brennan is passionate about seeing the Kingdom of God grow through the local church; he enjoys helping churches grow through their online presence, seeing the lost become found, and seeing Christian lives built.
