Dr. Glenn Sauls spent twenty-two years leading two local churches and for nearly 15 years has brought that pastoral experience, along with his consulting and leadership experience, to serve over 200 churches from various denominations and organizations across America to raise nearly $1 billion. Glenn’s leadership strength has been described by Senior Pastor Steve Robinson as “understanding the pastoral track (the role of the senior leader) in the stewardship process. Dr. Sauls is a communicator and in addition to pastoring and preaching in some of the leading churches across America, he also taught college for six years. He was the chairman of the Professional Studies Division of a private Christian college. Dr. Sauls has a Bachelor of Science Degree, a Masters of Education Degree, a Doctor of Education Degree, and a Ph.D. in Business Leadership.
After serving as a pastor in North Carolina and South Carolina, Dr. Sauls joined John Maxwell’s organization, Injoy Stewardship Services, as Vice President / Senior Consultant. He worked with over 70 churches from various denominations across America. In 2007, Dr. Sauls left to form Sauls Consulting Services as a result of the belief that churches across America needed and desired a strategic, yet personalized, consultation service with a solutions-based approach to the need of leadership and stewardship in the local church.
Dr. Sauls is sought out by numerous churches and ministry organizations for speaking engagements across America and around the world. His missions work has taken him to Russia, Philippines, Canada, Mexico, China, and Tibet. In 2012, Dr. Sauls’ first book came out to the church community and has been used and read by congregations in over one hundred churches across America. The book entitled, Journey: Where Are You Going Today? is also accompanied by a devotional guide and small groups lessons. There also is a series of six messages based on the book that are available to churches and pastors. He has also written articles that have appeared in Ministries Today, Outreach Magazine and Bank of the West Quarterly Newsletters.
